To consolidate data from multiple systems and create a single source of truth for recruiting analytics, as well as to automatically calculate recruiter bonuses. Another key goal was to eliminate manual Excel work and reduce the risk of errors in reports.
How We Solved This Problem
- Integrated the ATS with Power BI and Jira.
- Set up automatic bonus calculation and created Jira tasks for payments, including assignees and due dates.
- Consolidated all key metrics: cost per hire, manager/team time spent, time to fill, and more into a single Power BI dashboard that updates in real time.
